Fleet and driver data is sensitive. TruckThrust is built to protect it — core data hosted in the EU, encrypted, and GDPR-first, with the data staying yours to export at any time.
Core data hosted in the EU
TruckThrust's database, file storage and sign-in run in the European Union. Some services we use are outside the EU; our Privacy Policy lists each one and where it is.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Personal data is encrypted while moving between the app and our servers, and while stored.
Role-based access control
Access to data is limited by role, so people only see what their job requires.
Two-factor sign-in and an audit log
Dashboard users can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, and changes such as trip reassignments and expense approvals are recorded in an audit log.
GDPR-first by design
Data protection is built in: clear legal bases, data-subject rights, and a documented approach to processing.
Offline-first, then synced
Data captured on the road is held securely on the device and synced when a connection returns.
Your data stays yours
There is no data lock-in. You can export your data in a structured format at any time, and request deletion of your account and its data whenever you choose — subject only to records we are required to keep by law.
